河北省是我国主要产煤省之一，但近年来，由于各矿区村庄压煤严重，部分老矿井相继报废，现有可采储量枯竭，煤炭生产后劲严重不足。据计，全省7个统配局矿共有压煤村庄210个，压矿井工业储量达4．8亿t。解决好村庄下压煤开采问题，对河北省煤炭生产持续、稳定发展具有重大意义
Hebei Province is one of the major coal-producing provinces in China. However, in recent years, due to the serious coal pressure in the villages in the mining areas, some of the old mines have been scrapped one after another. The existing recoverable reserves are depleted and the post-production of coal is seriously insufficient. According to the plan, there are 210 coal-fired villages in the seven general coal mines in the province, and the industrial reserves of the pressured mines have reached 480 million tons. Solving the problem of coal mining under villages is of great significance for the sustained and stable development of coal production in Hebei Province.
