为了筛选在临床上可以有效防治动物氟中毒病的复方中草药制剂,本研究分别对前期研究的复方当归散基础组方加以改进,拟定出5种组方,并进行了抗氟作用研究。试验期间跟踪观察氟斑牙发生情况,测定骨氟含量以及血浆、肝、肾的总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、总抗氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量,建立阳性组氟中毒模型,筛选较为理想的抗氟复方当归散。结果表明:阳性对照组成功复制出氟中毒模型;各给药组药效比较结果表明,抗氟复方当归散Ⅱ较其它组方更能显著降低骨氟含量,较好地抑制大鼠体内的脂质过氧化过程,提高大鼠抗氧化酶活性。
In order to screen compound Chinese herbal preparations that can effectively prevent and cure animal fluorosis in the clinic, this study separately improved the basic components of the compound Danggui San that was studied in the previous period, and formulated five formulas and studied the effect of anti-fluoride. During the trial, the incidence of dental fluorosis was tracked, and the content of bone fluoride and the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), total antioxidant dismutase (T-SOD), and catalase (CAT) in plasma, liver, and kidney were measured. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were used to establish a positive group fluorosis model, and the ideal anti-fluoride compound Angelica powder was screened. The results showed that the positive control group successfully reproduced the fluorosis model; the comparison of the efficacy of each drug group showed that the anti-fluoride compound Danggui San II can significantly reduce the bone fluoride content compared with other groups, and better inhibit the body fat in rats. The peroxidative process improves the antioxidant enzyme activity in rats.
