Before the Spring Festival of 2008, when most Chinese were still worried about the warm winter brought by the “greenhouse effect”, a super blizzard fell from the sky completely disrupted the pace of Chinese life and the pace of China's economic growth . Due to the abnormal atmospheric circulation and La Nina incident, since January 10, 2008, half of China have been hit by 50 years of rare blizzards and freezing attacks. Since January 10, this blizzard has wreaked havoc in central China, southern China, Jianghuai and other places within half a month since January 10 in Henan and Hubei. Even Shanghai and Zhejiang, which have seldom been snowing, have become silver lands.
