分析了粘结层种类、用量、混合料类型、试验温度及法向压力等5种因素对粘结强度的影响,目的是确定评价路面层间粘结强度的最佳试验条件。试验结果表明这些因素对粘结强度都有重要影响,其中试验温度的影响最显著,粘结强度随着试验温度的升高迅速下降;法向压力在高温时对粘结强度的影响较大;粘结层类型及用量对粘结强度的影响随混合料类型的不同而不同。通过试验室研究最终确定了粘结强度试验的最佳条件。
The influence of five factors including bond type, dosage, mixture type, test temperature and normal pressure on the bond strength was analyzed in order to determine the best test conditions for evaluating the bond strength between pavement layers. The test results show that these factors have an important influence on the bond strength, of which the influence of the test temperature is the most significant, the bond strength decreases rapidly with the increase of the test temperature, the normal pressure exerts a great influence on the bond strength at high temperature, The type and amount of adhesive layer on the bond strength varies with the type of mixture. The best conditions for the bond strength test were finally determined through laboratory studies.
