为了检测钢丝绳外部断丝缺陷,提出了一种基于交变磁场检测原理的无损检测方法。采用交流励磁方式对钢丝绳进行磁化,利用传感器获得缺陷处的漏磁信号,并通过PCI-1716L数据采集卡将预处理后的信号输入到计算机;采用Labview软件实现对钢丝绳缺陷信号的分析处理与显示。分析实验数据得出断丝处检测信号峰-峰值与该位置钢丝绳断丝数量的对应关系,表明了该方法能够实现钢丝绳外部断丝缺陷检测。
In order to detect the external wire breakage defects, a nondestructive testing method based on the principle of alternating magnetic field detection is proposed. Magnetization of the wire rope is carried out by AC excitation method, the magnetic flux leakage signal of the defect is obtained by the sensor, and the preprocessed signal is input to the computer through the PCI-1716L data acquisition card. The analysis and display of the wire rope defect signal is implemented by Labview software . The analysis of the experimental data shows the correspondence between the peak-to-peak value of the detection signal at the broken wire and the number of broken wires at the position of the wire rope, which shows that the method can detect the defect of the external broken wires of the steel wire rope.
