针对沈阳石蜡化工有限公司丙烯酸分厂热力网中蒸汽减温器出口蒸汽波动大、操作变量多、关联性强等特点,提出使用横河CS3000集散控制系统对多变量进行控制。简述了热力网工艺流程和控制系统的结构,提出采用常规控制和分程控制相结合的控制策略。投运后的控制结果表明热力网运行稳定,控制效果明显,节约了能源,提高了企业的经济效益。
In view of the characteristics of steam vapor desuperheater vapor fluctuation at the acrylic acid plant heat network of Shenyang Paraffin Chemical Co., Ltd., and the large number of operating variables and strong correlation, this paper proposes the control of multivariable using Yokogawa CS3000 DCS. The structure of the thermodynamic network process and control system is briefly described. The control strategy combining conventional control with split-range control is proposed. Put into operation after the control results show that the heat network operation is stable, the control effect is obvious, saving energy and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
