目的地佐辛用于经尿道前列腺电切（TUVP）硬膜外术后镇痛（PCEA）的临床观察。方法择期经尿道前列腺电切术（TUVP）患者90例,年龄60-77岁,体重45-78kg,ASA分级Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级,采用随机数字表法,分为3组（n=30）,三组均使用PCEA,参数设置：于手术结束前15min硬膜外给予诱导剂量5mL,背景剂量2.0mL/h,PCA剂量2.0mL,锁定时间20min,所有患者镇痛（VAS）评分控制在3分以下,嘱患者感觉疼痛时使用PCA,VAS评分超过3分静注舒芬太尼3ug辅助镇痛;试验组（D组）镇痛配
