目的检测BALB/c小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后红细胞免疫相关因子CD58、CD59与T细胞膜分子CD2的动态变化及三者之间的相关性,探讨猪附红细胞体对红细胞免疫分子的影响及机体的免疫应答机制。方法将60只BALB/c小鼠随机分为A、B两组,A组腹腔注射纯化的猪附红细胞体(0.5ml/只),B组腹腔注射生理盐水(0.5ml/只)。分别于造模后的1、3、5、7、9d经小鼠尾静脉采血,用流式细胞术检测小鼠血液中CD58、CD59、CD2的表达情况。结果小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后的第1、3、5、7、9d,血液CD58、CD59分子的阳性率呈下降趋势,CD2呈上升趋势;在第5、7、9d,CD58、CD59阳性率均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD2阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。CD58与CD2两者的变化趋势呈负相关(r=-0.726,P<0.01),CD59与CD2两者的变化趋势呈负相关(r=-0.822,P<0.01),CD58与CD59两者的变化趋势呈正相关(r=0.723,P<0.01)。结论小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后红细胞膜分子CD58、CD59呈下降趋势,T淋巴细胞膜分子CD2呈上升趋势,且三者之间存在相关性,为研究红细胞免疫应答在附红细胞体感染过程中的作用提供了实验依据。
Objective To detect the dynamic changes of erythrocyte immune related factors (CD58, CD59) and CD2 of T cell membrane in BALB / c mice infected with Eperythrozoon and the correlation among the three, and to explore the influence of Eperythrozoon suis Immune response mechanism. Methods Sixty BALB / c mice were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was injected intraperitoneally with purified porcine Eperythrozoon (0.5ml / mouse), and group B with saline (0.5ml / mouse). Blood was collected from the tail vein of mice at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 days after modeling, respectively. The expression of CD58, CD59 and CD2 in the blood of the mice was detected by flow cytometry. Results On the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th days after infected with Eperythrozoon, the positive rate of CD58 and CD59 in blood decreased and the positive rate of CD2 increased in mice. On the 5th, 7th and 9th day, the positive rate of CD58 and CD59 (P <0.05), and the positive rate of CD2 was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between CD58 and CD2 (r = -0.726, P <0.01), negative correlation between CD59 and CD2 (r = -0.822, P <0.01), both CD58 and CD59 The change trend was positively correlated (r = 0.723, P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of CD58 and CD59 of erythrocyte membrane in mice infected with Eperythrozoon suis decreased and the expression of CD2 in T lymphocyte showed an upward trend. There was a correlation between the expression of CD58 and CD59 in mice. In order to study the effect of Erythrocyte immune response The experiment provides the basis for its function.
