激光板料成形技术是一种柔性无模的金属板料成形新工艺。本文通过对ABAQUS有限元软件和激光热应力成形及激光喷丸成形这两种激光板料成形方式的简要介绍,着重分析了ABAQUS有限元软件在激光热应力成形和激光喷丸成形数值模拟方面的应用,并对数值模拟中关于载荷定义、本构关系、网格划分、边界条件等关键问题的处理进行了分析,且给出了具体的解决方案。最后以具体的模拟实例指出,ABAQUS软件为激光板料成形的数值模拟提供了强大的分析平台,模拟结果与实验具有较好的一致性,对有效地进行实验具有重要的指导意义。
Laser sheet forming technology is a flexible mold-free sheet metal forming a new technology. In this paper, ABAQUS finite element software and laser thermal stress forming and laser shot peening two kinds of laser sheet forming methods are briefly introduced, focusing on the ABAQUS finite element software in laser thermal stress forming and laser peening numerical simulation It also analyzes the key problems in the numerical simulation, such as definition of load, constitutive relation, meshing and boundary conditions, and gives some solutions. Finally, a concrete example is given to illustrate that ABAQUS software provides a powerful analytical platform for the numerical simulation of laser sheet metal forming. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiments, which is of great guiding significance for the effective experiments.
