军事语言实践应用能力,是指挥员综合素质的重要标志,直接影响基层干部在官兵中的威信,对日常工作、管理教育、执勤、处突和反恐等战斗指挥具有重要作用。通过调研,发现基层干部在军事语言表达能力方面存在问题,必须引起基层干部时军事语言应用训练予以重视,提高基层干部的军事语言素养。 The application of military language in practice is an important symbol of the overall quality of commanders and directly affects the prestige of cadres at the grassroots level in the ranks of officers and men and plays an important role in fighting commanders for their daily work, management and education, on duty, handling conflicts and fighting terrorism. Through investigation and research, we found that there are problems in the ability of grass-roots cadres in their military language expression. We must attach importance to the application of military language training to grass-roots cadres and raise the military language literacy of grassroots cadres.
