黄芪始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品,为临床常用中药,切片多生用或蜜炙后应用,目前开展的研究中,对蜜炙工艺研究报道较多,而对黄芪切制工艺则缺少相关的研究报道,黄芪切制目前多凭药工经验操作,没有具体的切制工艺参数,很容易出现有效成分流失、发生霉变等多种问题,导致目前市场上流通的黄芪饮片质量良莠不齐,饮片和制剂的质量难以控制,严重影响了临床疗效,针对上述问题,该实验以优选黄芪的最佳切制工艺为研究目的,采用响应面分析法中的BoxBenhnken中心组合设计,以黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷含量和外观性状为考察指标,选择软化润制时间、干燥温度和干燥时间3个因素对黄芪切制工艺进行优选,得到了实验室最佳切制工艺参数:润制时间3 h,干燥温度50℃,干燥时间4 h。验证试验表明,确定的黄芪切制工艺稳定可行,对于规范黄芪切制工艺有一定的意义。

Validation tests show that the established process of Astragalus is stable and feasible, which has certain significance for standardizing the process of Astragalus cutting.
