胜利油田孤岛采油厂西区油藏于 2 0 0 0年 10月在X4 - 172井组进行注交联聚合物先导实验 ,试验注聚一年后对井组数据进行整理统计 ,发现井组 11口受效油井综合含水下降2 % ,2 0 0 0年增油 5 5 0 0t。这表明在西区油藏注交联聚合物能够改善驱油效果 ,达到控水稳油和提高采收率的目的。 2 0 0 1年 3月 ,胜利石油管理局正式在孤岛油田西区油藏进行规模性聚合物驱生产 ,共设计泵房 3座 ,熟化罐 6个 ,主要担负着孤岛油田西区Ng4 2 - 62 单元 34口井的注聚任务 ,日配聚合物母液 2 4 0 0m3,日注液 60 0 0m3。在注聚过程中 ,发现诸多因素对注聚效果产生影响 ,本文就影响母液浓度和粘度的主要因素进行了剖析 ,并采用正交实验法优化组合参数 ,达到了提高注聚质量和效果的目的。
Oilfield West Oil Production Plant in Shengli Oilfield The West Oilfield conducted a pilot injection of cross-linked polymer in the X4-172 well in October 2000. After one year of experimental injection and consolidation, the well group data were collected and statistically analyzed. It was found that 11 well groups The effective wells decreased by 2% comprehensively, and increased oil production by 5 0 0t in 2000. This indicates that injection of the cross-linked polymer in the western reservoir can improve the flooding effect and achieve the goal of controlling water and stabilizing oil and enhancing oil recovery. In March 2001, Shengli Petroleum Administration formally carried out large-scale polymer flooding in the oil reservoir of West Island of Gudao Oilfield, designing a total of 3 pumping stations and 6 aging tanks, mainly responsible for units Ng4 2-62 in Gudao Oilfield 34 well injection polymerization tasks, daily with polymer mother liquor 2400m3, injection 60000m3. During the process of injection polymerization, many factors were found to affect the injection polymerization effect. The main factors influencing the concentration and viscosity of the mother liquor were analyzed in this paper. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the combination parameters to achieve the purpose of improving the injection quality and effect .
