用细胞化学方法研究了电针对家兔痛阈、血小板计数、血小板亚群、血小板5—羟色胺含量以及血小板的单胺氧化酶、三磷酸腺苷酶、非特异性酯酶和酸性磷酸酶活性的影响。发现电针对家兔血小板5—羟色胺含量和一些酶的活性有一定程度的调整作用。电针后家免的痛阈、血小板5—羟色胺含量和所测定的酶活性增加。血小板5—羟色胺含量和痛阈水平之间呈正相关关系。这表明血小板5—羟色胺可作为针刺镇痛效应的一个有价值的客观指标。
The effects of electro-acupuncture on rabbit pain threshold, platelet count, platelet subsets, platelet serotonin content, platelet monoamine oxidase, adenosine triphosphatase, non-specific esterase and acid phosphatase activity were studied. It was found that electro-acupuncture can regulate the serotonin content of rabbits and the activity of some enzymes to a certain extent. The pain threshold, platelet serotonin content, and measured enzyme activity were increased after the EA was administered. There was a positive correlation between platelet serotonin levels and pain threshold levels. This suggests that platelet serotonin may be a valuable objective indicator of the analgesic effect of acupuncture.
