采用MgCl2和CaCl2协同沉淀钒酸钠溶液中的Si和P, 研究了沉淀剂用量、溶液pH值、净化温度和净化时间等条件对杂质Si和P的净化效果, 得到优化的净化工艺条件:cMg∶ (cSi+cP) =1.3, cCa∶ (cSi+cP) =0.4, pH=9.5, 温度80℃, 时间3h.在此条件下, Si和P沉淀率分别达到95.67%和88.01%, V沉淀率仅有3.72%.该工艺技术指标优良, 具有广阔的工业应用前景.“,”Magnesium chloride and calcium chloride were used to co-precipitate silicon and phosphorus from sodium vanadate solution.The effects of precipitant dosage, solution pH value, purification temperature and time on silicon and phosphorus removal were investigated.The optimum process conditions are as follows:cMg∶ (cSi+cP) =1.3, cCa∶ (cSi+cP) =0.4, pH value of 9.5, reaction duration of 3 hand temperature of 80℃.Under these conditions, the precipitation rates of silicon and phosphorous reach 95.67%and 88.01%, respectively, while the precipitation rate of vanadium is only 3.72%.The above method has excellent technical indexes and broad prospects for industrial applications.
