逢年末岁尾,各行各业都要进行各种各样的考核,特别是对干部的考核无疑不可少。不过近几年,干部群众中议论考核贬值、考核无用的呼声渐长,似有议论一下的必要。 说考核贬值,大约是指考核没有质量,图形式、走过场,不真实的考核兑不兑现无所谓;说考核无用,是指有些考核没有结果,或是虽有结果,也只是口头上一说,抽屉里一放,档案中一装,向上级一报,了事,并不认真执行和使用。有结果不用,当然无用。
