黄颡鱼池塘主养技术要点

黄颡鱼为鲶形目、鲿科、黄颡鱼属,分布在我国大部分地区的江河、湖泊、池塘中。其肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,有一定的滋补和药用价值。由于环境污染和酷捕,造成野生资源枯竭,而市场对黄颡鱼的需求量不断增加,在其它水产品价格普遍下跌的情况下,唯黄颡鱼价格稳中有升。我站于2000-2001年度,在肥西县丙子水产养殖场进行了黄颡鱼人工繁殖及池塘主养技术的推广应用。2001年 6月 26 日至 12月 20 日选择面积为5亩的池塘,经过6个月精心饲养,获商品鱼 1288千克,亩产257.6千克,其中黄颡鱼1032千克,亩产 206.4千克,规格为100-150克,成活率86%,饵料系数20,亩均获纯利1191.4 元。现将有关池塘主养技术要点总结如下: 1.养殖方式 采用池塘主 Yellow catfish for the catfish-shaped head, Trichosanthes, yellow catfish, located in most parts of China’s rivers, lakes, ponds.
