Hepatic NPC members of the hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (H NPCC) family are predisposed to endometrial cancer (EC) and are mostly endometrioid carcinomas. H N PCC-associated endometrial cancer often has microsatellite instability (M SI). Loss of M SI and M M R protein expression can also be seen in a minority of atypical hyperplasias (CA H).
