This report was published by the Japan Academic Conference on April 25, 1997. Mr. Koichi Koike of Kyoto University sent the report as a manuscript to the editorial board of the journal (referring to the editorial board of The Seismological Society of Japan). As the full text of up to 81 pages, the full text can not be published, it is only published in Chapter 1 and Seismology.
