目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者股浅动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的相关性。方法62例T2DM患者根据双下肢股浅动脉IMT分为两组(IMT>=1mm和IMT<1mm),分别测定超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1),同时测定血脂、血压等指标,并进行各指标间的相关性分析。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组hs-CRP、ET-1均明显增高(P<0.05;P<0.01),而其中股浅动脉IMT≥1mm组hs-CRP、ET-1均明显高于内膜中层厚度<1mm组(P<0.001);hs-CRP、ET-1是影响T2DM患者股浅动脉内膜中层厚度的正相关因素。结论炎症反应和内皮损伤可能在T2DM下肢大血管病变中起重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between IMT, hs-CRP and ET-1 in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Sixty-two T2DM patients were divided into two groups (IMT> = 1mm and IMT <1mm) according to the superficial femoral IMT. The levels of hs-CRP, ET-1, Simultaneous determination of blood lipids, blood pressure and other indicators, and the correlation between the various indicators. Results Compared with the normal control group, the hs-CRP and ET-1 in diabetic group were significantly increased (P <0.05; P <0.01), while the hs-CRP and ET-1 in IMT≥1mm group were significantly higher than those in normal control group The middle thickness of the membrane was less than 1mm (P <0.001). The positive correlation of hs-CRP and ET-1 to the intima-media thickness of the superficial femoral artery was found in T2DM patients. Conclusion Inflammatory reaction and endothelial injury may play an important role in the pathogenesis of T2DM lower extremity macrovascular disease.
