比较了开炼与密炼天然橡胶胶料拉伸疲劳寿命的差别,利用扫描电镜分析等手段研究了2种混炼方式下炭黑的宏观分散性及微观分散性,考察了胶料粘度对炭黑分散程度的影响。结果表明,填料分散程度的不同是导致不同混炼方式胶料疲劳寿命差别的主要原因,密炼胶料拉伸疲劳寿命长于开炼胶料的原因之一是密炼时胶料粘度较低,有利于炭黑等填料的分散。
The difference of tensile fatigue life between natural rubber and natural rubber was compared.
