本文应用四氧化锇(OsO_4)染色法并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究固体感光树脂板材甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙基脂/聚乙烯醇共混物(β-HEMA/PVA)的形态。从染色溶液样品的观察结果表明:在染色过程中,β-HEMA与OsO_4发生化学反应形成了黑色沉淀锇酸脂。染色效果及反应产物的粒度随染色时间的增长而增大。在“干膜”样品中,PVA呈现为连续相,作为分散相的β-HEMA则呈现为二种结构形态:一种是直径约为0.5-1μ的呈蜂窝状结构的微液滴;另一种是大小约为100A的微胶束。
In this paper, osmium tetroxide (OsO_4) staining and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the morphology of β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate / polyvinyl alcohol blend (β-HEMA / PVA) on solid photopolymer plate. The results from the staining solution sample showed that during the dyeing process, β-HEMA chemically reacted with OsO 4 to form a black precipitated osmate. The dyeing effect and the particle size of the reaction product increase with the increase of dyeing time. In the “dry film” sample, the PVA assumes the continuous phase and the β-HEMA as the dispersed phase assumes two configurations: one is a droplet of honeycomb structure with a diameter of about 0.5-1μ; the other The species is a micelles about 100A in size.
