该患儿为母乳喂养的女婴。病初以发热,精神不振,纳差便次增多(5～7次/日),大便呈现多样化,时稀水样便,时呈糊状及粘液便等。无下坠感,精神萎靡,表情淡漠而就诊。在治疗中逐渐发现全身浅表淋巴结肿大,尤以颈部,腹股沟淋巴结为著,肝脾肿大。于1986年7月24
