目的提升医院国际合作的科学化管理理念,运用管理方法按不同类别对国际合作项目进行规范管理。方法对医院国际合作现状进行梳理与分类,运用实证调查、访谈与数据分析法发现问题,针对不同类别国际合作项目提出不同管理要求及对策。结果医院国际合作取得了一些成绩,但管理不够科学和规范,缺乏有效的评估及管理体系。结论对医院国际合作的管理应结合医院发展战略、人才梯队建设制定相应的发展规划,设专门的领导小组,专家小组,对国际合作进行系统的、全程的、动态的评估、干预及管理。
Objective To promote the scientific management concept of international cooperation in hospitals and to use the management methods to regulate the international cooperation projects in different categories. Methods The current situation of international cooperation in hospitals was sorted out and classified. Empirical investigations, interviews and data analysis were used to identify problems and propose different management requirements and countermeasures for different types of international cooperation projects. Results Hospital international cooperation has made some achievements, but management is not scientific and normative, and lack of effective assessment and management system. Conclusion The management of international cooperation in hospitals should be based on the hospital development strategy and the development of talent echelon to formulate appropriate development plans. Specialized leading groups and expert groups should be set up to conduct systematic, full and dynamic assessment, intervention and management of international cooperation.
