孔板流量计对漩涡流、速度分布剖面不对称等流态畸变非常敏感,19管束整流器可有效减少流态畸变,但在整流器的使用过程中,会发生部分管束被异物堵塞的情况。针对该现象,文章模拟了部分管束被堵塞的情景,使用音速喷嘴气体流量标定装置,采用负压法开展了对比试验,对部分管束被堵塞后的流出系数进行了统计、分析,总结出了整流器的两个管束和三个管束被堵塞时,不同流速条件下流态变化对流出系数的影响,并提出了整流器的使用维护建议。
The orifice flowmeter is very sensitive to the flow distortion such as swirl flow and asymmetric velocity distribution profile. The 19-tube rectifier can effectively reduce the flow distortion. However, during the operation of the rectifier, some of the tube bundles may be blocked by foreign objects. In view of this phenomenon, the paper simulates the situation that some tube bundles are clogged. By using the gas flow rate calibration device of sonic nozzle, the negative pressure method is used to carry out the comparison test. The effluent coefficient after some tube bundles are blocked is analyzed and analyzed. Of the two tube bundles and three tube bundles are blocked, the flow rate changes under different flow conditions on the outflow coefficient, and proposed the use of rectifier recommendations.
