目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白、GMP140指标与缺血性脑血管病急性发作的相关性。方法:将我院收治的92例患者根据病情的不同分为短暂性脑缺血发作组、脑梗塞组、后循环缺血急性发作组和对照组,对比分析为4组受试者进行超敏C反应蛋白、GMP140检测的结果。结果:后循环缺血急性发作组患者的超敏C反应蛋白指标为(5.95±1.92)mg/L、GMP140指标为(18.65±6.26)ng/ml,均明显高于短暂性脑缺血发作组患者和脑梗塞组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。短暂性脑缺血发作组和脑梗塞组患者的超敏C反应蛋白指标、GMP140指标相比较差异不显著(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:缺血性脑血管病急性发作患者机体的应激性可显著增高,其血管内皮可受到明显的损害,其体内超敏C反应蛋白、GMP140的水平可明显增高,因此对疑似此病患者及时进行超敏C反应蛋白及GMP140检测可及早确诊其病情,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between high sensitivity C-reactive protein, GMP140 and acute attack of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 92 patients admitted to our hospital were divided into transient ischemic attack group, cerebral infarction group, acute ischemic postconditioning group and control group according to the different conditions. Four groups of subjects were tested for hypersensitivity C-reactive protein, GMP140 test results. Results: The indexes of hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in post-ischemic attack group were (5.95 ± 1.92) mg / L and that of GMP140 was (18.65 ± 6.26) ng / ml, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in transient ischemic attack group Patients and cerebral infarction patients, the difference was significant (P <0.05), with statistical significance. There was no significant difference in the indexes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and GMP140 between the patients with transient ischemic attack and those with cerebral infarction (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The stress of the acute attack of ischemic cerebrovascular disease can be significantly increased in the body, and the vascular endothelial cells can be significantly damaged. The levels of the hypersensitive C-reactive protein and GMP140 in the body can be significantly increased. Therefore, Timely detection of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and GMP140 early diagnosis of its condition, this method deserves to be clinically applied.
