目的检测氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺和尿氟水平的动态变化,并探讨二者的相关性。方法对65例急性氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺、尿中无机氟进行连续动态监测,分析测定结果。结果急性氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺含量显著增高,尿中无机氟测定值显著高于正常对照组。血液中氟乙酰胺第3h出现峰值,尿中无机氟第1d出现峰值,然后均随着中毒时间的延长而逐渐降低,无机氟第7d降至正常水平。结论氟乙酰胺中毒患者血液中氟乙酰胺含量与尿中无机氟高度相关(r=0.92)并呈现出规律性变化。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of fluoroacetamide and urinary fluoride levels in patients with fluoroacetamide intoxication and to explore their correlation. Methods The continuous dynamic monitoring of fluoroacetamide and urinary inorganic fluoride in blood of 65 patients with acute fluoroacetamide poisoning was carried out. The results were analyzed. Results In patients with acute fluoroacetamide poisoning, the content of fluoroacetamide in the blood was significantly increased, and the measured value of inorganic fluoride in urine was significantly higher than that of the normal control group. Fluoride acetamide in blood peaked at 3h, and inorganic fluoride in urine peaked on the 1st day, then all decreased gradually with the prolonging of the poisoning time, and the inorganic fluoride decreased to the normal level on the 7th day. Conclusions Fluoroacetamide in the blood of patients with fluoroacetamide is highly correlated with urinary inorganic fluoride (r = 0.92) and shows a regular change.
