本文以1984年全国焊条质量评比结果为依据,采用电子计算机对国产低碳钢焊条的力学性能进行了统计分析,用回归分析法建立了熔敷金属力学性能与化学成分之间的数学模型,并对合金及其交互作用对力学性能的影响规律作了分析,为实现熔枚金属化学成分的最优控制和提高现有产品质量提供了可靠依据。
In this paper, based on the results of 1984 national welding rod quality assessment, the mechanical properties of domestic low carbon steel electrode were analyzed by computer. The mathematical model between mechanical properties and chemical composition of deposited metal was established by regression analysis. The influence laws of the alloy and its interaction on the mechanical properties were analyzed, which provided a reliable basis for the optimal control of the chemical composition of the molten metal and the improvement of the existing product quality.
