目的:探讨巴戟天小鼠肿瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:小鼠腋下接种EAC、S180及肝癌荷瘤瘤株,随机分成4组:模型组、环磷酰胺组及巴戟天水提液高、低剂量组;灌胃给药,1次/d,连续给药10 d。结果:巴戟天水提物能显著抑制EAC、S180肿瘤和肝癌肿瘤的生长(P<0.01)。结论:巴戟天水提物能抑制小鼠EAC、S180、肝癌并抑制小鼠S180、EAC体内、外细胞生长;其机制与促进凋亡蛋白Bax的表达,减少抑制凋亡蛋白Bcl-2的表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Morinda officinalis tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis. Methods: Mice were inoculated subcutaneously with EAC, S180 and hepatocellular carcinoma tumor cell lines, and were randomly divided into 4 groups: model group, cyclophosphamide group and Morinda officinalis extract high and low dose groups; , Continuous administration of 10 d. Results: Morinda officinalis extract could significantly inhibit the growth of EAC, S180 and HCC (P <0.01). Conclusion: Morinda officinalis extract can inhibit mouse EAC, S180, hepatocellular carcinoma and inhibit the growth of S180 and EAC in vitro and in vivo; its mechanism and promote the expression of Bax and decrease the expression of Bcl-2 related.
