患女,32岁,因咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛半月在我院门诊诊断为肺结核,给予HRS治疗。用药至半月时,在无任何诱因情况下,服药半小时后出现畏寒,发烧(38.5℃),鼻塞,全身酸痛,食欲低下。次日服药半小时后,再次出现上述症状。每次持续4～6小时。考虑药物反应而立即停药,停药后无上述症状出现。以后仅给利福平0.45/日,口报半小时后重现上述症状。停服利福平,无上述症状。最后仅给予HS治疗,上述症状再次出现。停
Women, 32 years old, due to cough, sputum, chest pain half a month in our hospital diagnosis of tuberculosis, giving HRS treatment.
