X射线衍射分析法用于晶态物质的物相定性分析时,某一物相衍射峰的强度和数量与它的含量和结构有关.当某些物相含量较少时,它的衍射峰强度低,衍射峰数量也较少,查索引和核对衍射卡片,不易准确地判断.利用它们不同的化学和物理性质,对物相含量较少的矿物进行富积,再作衍射图,能够得到物相较完整的衍射图,是准确地进行物相分析的有效方法.笔者在实际工作中,根据样品的具体情况,用不同的处理方法进行样品富积,效果很好,现介绍如下:
