对平均发泡寿命和发泡强度的定义和适用条件进行了分析 ,并辅以发泡和消泡系数来定量描述内生气源条件下熔体的发泡行为。利用碳酸盐分解产生的内生气源在Na2 B4 O7熔渣中发泡方程的简化公式和试验数据可以确定在坩埚直径、渣高度和发泡剂的粒度变化时的发泡和消泡系数及平均发泡寿命和发泡强度 ,由此可对不同条件下的发泡过程进行定量比较
The definition and application conditions of the average foaming life and foaming strength were analyzed, and foaming and defoaming coefficient were supplemented to quantitatively describe the foaming behavior of the melt under the condition of endogenous gas source. The simplified formula and experimental data for the foaming equation of endogenous gas source produced by carbonate decomposition in Na2B4O7 slag can determine the foaming and defoaming coefficient when the crucible diameter, slag height and particle size of the foaming agent change The average foaming life and foaming strength, which can be foamed under different conditions for quantitative comparison
