工程机械工作装置的易损件因不耐磨,使用寿命短,消耗量很大。而且,严重影响作业率。针对不同的使用条件,合理选择、正确使用耐磨材料,是提高其使用寿命的关键。国外一向很重视这方面的试验研究工作。本文在初步分析服役条件及对材料性能要求的基础上,全面地介绍了国外工程机械工作装置耐磨材料的研究和应用概况,可作为我国发展这类材料的参考。
Constructions working equipment wearing parts due to wear-resistant, short service life, consumption is large. And, seriously affect the operating rate. For different conditions of use, a reasonable choice, the proper use of wear-resistant materials, is to improve the life of the key. Foreign countries have always attached great importance to experimental research in this field. Based on the preliminary analysis of service conditions and material performance requirements, this paper comprehensively introduces the research and application of wear-resistant materials for construction machinery working equipment abroad, which can be used as a reference for the development of such materials in our country.
