利培酮是一种新型抗精神病药,自1998年在我院使用以来,疗效肯定。近日,一例利培酮治疗中出现阴茎持续性勃起,现报道如下: 患者,男,19岁,住院号84691。1999年4月8日入院,诊断为精神分裂症,口服氯氮平治疗效果不佳,于1999年5月20日改用利培酮治疗,起始量为2mg/日,并逐渐递减氯氮平剂量及增加利培酮剂量。至1999年5月25日,停服氯氮平,利培酮达6mg/日,并由此单一治疗。 1999年7月24日,病人出现阴茎异常勃起,持续时间为10～30分钟,频率为一日3～4次。次日,病人阴茎勃起的时间及频率均较前一日增强。至1999年7月26日夜,病人阴
