目前商业地产在我国许多大中型城市正在掀起投资热潮,但由于数量型增长阻碍了专业性开发,“模块化”开发影响了整体运作,以及突出的结构性问题,影响了地产项目良性发展。必须从增强项目的商业适用性,注重开发环节和后期管理经营能力等方面入手,全面增强地产项目的专业性开发,使商业地产项目具长期的竞争能力和生存能力。
At present, commercial real estate in many large and medium-sized cities in our country is setting off an upsurge of investment. However, as the quantitative growth hinders the professional development, the development of “modularity” has affected the overall operation as well as prominent structural problems, which has affected the sound development of real estate projects. We must enhance the commercial applicability of the project, pay attention to the development aspects and post-management management capabilities and other aspects to comprehensively enhance the professional development of real estate projects, commercial real estate projects with long-term competitiveness and viability.
