研究了CF34-10A民用涡扇发动机空中启动过程中风车转速与飞行高度、速度的关系。结合ARJ21-700支线客机试验机,开展了空中风车启动试验。对多次试验数据进行总结与分析,得出结论:相同高度下,飞行速度越大,风车转速越大;相同飞行速度下,高度越高,风车转速越大。阐释了在风车启动性能上双转子发动机相对于单转子发动机的优越性和涡扇发动机优于涡喷发动机的物理原因,分析了该型发动机空中启动风车转速特性的原理,为ARJ21-700新支线客机动力装置性能特性试飞提供了重要依据。
The relationship between the rotational speed of the windmill and the flying height and speed of the CF34-10A civilian turbofan engine during the air starting was studied. Combined with the ARJ21-700 Regional Passenger Aircraft Testing Machine, the launch of the airborne wind turbine was started. The conclusion and analysis of multiple test data concluded that at the same altitude, the greater the flight speed, the greater the speed of the windmill; at the same flight speed, the higher the altitude, the greater the speed of the windmill. The advantages of dual-rotor engine over single-rotor engine and the physical reason why the turbofan engine is superior to the turbojet engine are explained. The principle of the speed characteristics of the air-starting windmill is analyzed. The new ARJ21-700 Passenger aircraft power plant performance test provides an important basis.
