企业的发展是动态的,在发展过程中所面临的环境也是不断变化的。当前,我国汽车企业正处于集内部优化和外部拓展为一体的关键时期。从长远的观点来看,固定的模式无法适应企业今后的生存和发展要求。要想在未来的发展过程中取得优势,必须要建立企业动态管理的流程重组(BPR)体系。
The development of enterprises is dynamic, and the environment in the development process is constantly changing. At present, China’s automobile enterprises are in the crucial period of integrating internal optimization and external expansion. From a long-term point of view, the fixed model can not meet the business survival and development requirements in the future. In order to gain the advantage in the future development process, it is necessary to establish the process reengineering (BPR) system of dynamic management of enterprises.
