Our hospital from June 1993 to February 1999 installed a total of 40 Blom-Singer sound tube. Now pronunciation tube installation and maintenance of the method of replacement as follows, for the fellow who reference. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 clinical data 40 cases, 38 males and 2 females; aged 39 to 76 years. Blom-Singer sound tube installation 12 cases, the installation of 28 cases. Period of installation pronunciation
