企业的绩效考核管理的涉及内容非常广,有相当多的内容,而且我们还会遇到管理环节繁杂的问题,绩效考核对企业公正分配、合理用人和调动员工积极性方面有重要的作用。企业绩效管理在实施的过程中,企业管理工作者应该根据企业的生产实际,对企业绩效管理进行一定的改进和优化,本文主要从我国企业目前绩效考核中存在的问题和应对策略方面进行分析论述。
