研究了石墨与硅之比对石墨铝硅复合材料综合性能的影响.解决了石墨颗粒直接加入铝硅熔体中的难点,并基本解决了石墨加入的均匀性问题.研究表明:石墨与硅生成一定量的SiC,对提高石墨铝硅的高温抗拉强度十分有利;石墨与铝生成Al4C3有利于石墨在铝硅熔体中的均匀分布;生成Al4C3的量不宜过多,不能给石墨与硅生成碳化硅的比例带来影响.否则,会引起材料的性能下降
The effect of graphite to silicon ratio on the properties of graphite-Al-Si composites was investigated.
