南开区王家台小学的领导和教师们,在学习和贯彻社会主义精神文明建设指导方针决议和义务教育法的过程中,不断提高了对转化后进生意义的认识,并从分析研究后进生产生的原因和特点出发,积极探索转化后进生的途径和方法。他们不“轰(赶出校门)”不“退(勒令退学)”,不打骂不讽刺;他们变堵为导,导而有方,变恨为爱,爱中有严。因而,使绝大多数后进生都有可喜的变化,校园里流传着许多后进生转化的生动故事,我们从中选取三则提供给班主任同志们,大家一定会从中汲取有益的启示。
Leaders and teachers of Nankai District Wangjiatai Elementary School have continuously improved their understanding of the significance of post-transformation survival through studying and implementing the guidelines and compulsory education law for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Reasons and characteristics of departure, and actively explore the ways and means of survival after transformation. They do not “retreat (expelled from school)” and “do not retreat (expelled from school)”; they do not scold or ironically; they become clogged, lead and empower themselves, they hate and love, and their love is strict. Therefore, the vast majority of latecomers have made gratifying changes. There are many vivid stories circulating on the campus. We select three of them to provide to the class comrades, and everyone will surely draw useful enlightenment from them.
