目的观察淫羊藿苷对小鼠免疫功能、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及抗体生成的影响。方法采用腹腔巨噬细胞功能测定法和免疫器官重量法及溶血素测定法,观察吞噬细胞百分数、吞噬指数,取脾脏、胸腺称质量,计算脾指数、胸腺指数、溶血素的生成。结果淫羊藿苷能显著提高实验动物的脾、胸腺的质量,并且小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞数量及吞噬活性明显提高。随着剂量的增加,吞噬百分率、吞噬指数与对照组比明显增加,并可明显提高小鼠血清溶血素(抗体)的产生水平。结论淫羊藿苷对小鼠免疫器官和网状内皮系统吞噬功能有明显的激活和增强作用;可明显增加B淋巴细胞产生抗体的能力,增加机体的体液免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of icariin on immune function, macrophage phagocytosis and antibody production in mice. Methods Peritoneal macrophage function assay, immune organ weight method and hemolysin assay were used to observe the percentage of phagocytic cells and phagocytic index. The mass of spleen and thymus was taken to calculate the spleen index, thymus index and hemolysin production. Results Icariin could significantly improve the quality of spleen and thymus in experimental animals, and the number and phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages in mice increased significantly. With the increase of dose, phagocytic percentage, phagocytic index and control group increased significantly, and can significantly increase the level of serum hemolysin (antibody). Conclusion Icariin has obvious activation and enhancement effect on the phagocytosis of immune organs and reticuloendothelial system in mice. It can significantly increase the ability of B lymphocytes to produce antibodies and increase the body’s humoral immune function.
