目的探讨结核杆菌药敏培养基制备过程中,高温消毒对抗结核药物效价的影响。方法对9种抗结核药物链霉素(SM)、异烟肼(INH)、乙胺丁醇(EB)、利福平(RFP)、对胺基水扬酸(PAS)、卡那霉素(KM)、卷曲霉素(CPM)、左旋氧氟沙星(LVFX)、力克肺疾(DIP)等在结核药敏培养制备时同步高温消毒,分别测定各种药物高温消毒前后的MIC。结果高温消毒对INH、EB、RFP、PAS、LVFX、DIP无影响,而SM、CPM、KM的效价分别降低了50.0%、50.0%、90.0%。结论在进行药敏培养基制备时,应根据高温消毒时效价的降低比例增加原药的浓度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high temperature sterilization on the titer of anti-tuberculosis drugs during the preparation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis drug-sensitive medium. Methods Nine anti-tuberculosis drugs streptomycin (SM), isoniazid (INH), ethambutol (EB), rifampicin (RFP), para- aminosalicylic acid (PAS), kanamycin (KM), capicillin (CPM), levofloxacin (LVFX) and Lectra Pulmonary Displacement (DIP) were simultaneously disinfected in the process of tuberculosis susceptibility culture, and the MICs before and after high temperature sterilization of various drugs were determined. Results High temperature sterilization had no effect on INH, EB, RFP, PAS, LVFX and DIP, while the titer of SM, CPM and KM decreased by 50.0%, 50.0% and 90.0%, respectively. Conclusion When preparing the drug sensitive medium, the concentration of the original drug should be increased according to the reduction ratio of the titer during high temperature sterilization.
