Objective To explore and analyze the impact of individualized nursing on the control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 156 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into routine nursing group and individualized nursing group, with 78 patients in each group. The blood pressure Control the situation. Results Compared with pre-care, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased after treatment in both groups. Compared with routine nursing group, these indexes improved more significantly in individualized nursing group (P <0.05). Conclusions Individualized care for hypertensive patients can be more effective in controlling abnormal blood pressure than in routine care.
