为了探索争论已久的性激素对心血管的作用,尤其是雌性激素在冠心病、心肌梗塞病理过程中是保护或是危险因素的问题,我们按Langendorff方法制备大鼠离体非工作心脏标本,观察灌流液中含有雌二醇(实验组n=14)和不含雌二醇(对照组n=13)、在有氧和缺氧(及缺糖即模拟缺血)灌流情况下,心肌收缩力、冠脉流量及心肌超微结构的变化。
