肺神经内分泌细胞作为在肺中第一个分化的上皮细胞,人们对它的认识可以追溯到60多年以前,在以往的研究中,已证实其分泌的神经肽类递质产物在胚胎发育的早期可作为局部肺生长和分化的调节因子;在胚胎发育晚期和生后作为气道的神经递质、调质、激素或介质的作用。作为一种细胞调控因子或细胞外信使分子,神经肽类递质在组织损伤修复中具有重要作用。现就肺部神经肽合成、分泌及在肺损伤修复中的作用简要综述。
