目的:尝试在孕妇学校中由助产士专门对HIV/AIDS孕妇实施护理干预,并探讨此种干预方式对孕妇自我管理疾病能力的效果。方法:选择2010年10月至2013年10月于我院孕妇学校就诊待产的HIV/AIDS孕妇100例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,各50例,对照组孕妇采取常规治疗及护理方式,实验组在对照组的基础上由专门的助产士对孕妇实行心理、行为等全面干预,待观察期结束后,比较两组孕妇自我管理疾病能力的高低及焦虑抑郁情况。结果:经过全面干预之后,实验组孕妇的自我管理疾病能力较对照组有了明显的提高,而焦虑抑郁程度有了明显的缓解,两组统计结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在医院孕妇学校中实行助产士对HIV/AIDS孕妇全面干预可以帮助孕妇提高自我管理疾病能力,消除或缓解其焦虑、悲观、恐惧、绝望等心理障碍,减轻身心痛苦,提高治疗效果,延长生命和提高生命质量。
PURPOSE: To try to provide nursing interventions specifically for midwives in pregnant women schools for HIV / AIDS pregnant women and to explore the effect of such interventions on the ability of pregnant women to manage their own disease. Methods: A total of 100 pregnant women with HIV / AIDS in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2013 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases each. Pregnant women in control group received routine treatment and nursing Way, the experimental group on the basis of the control group by the specialized midwives on pregnant women psychological, behavioral and other comprehensive intervention until the observation period after the comparison of the two groups of pregnant women self-management disease ability and anxiety and depression. Results: After comprehensive intervention, the self-management ability of pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the degree of anxiety and depression was significantly relieved. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The full-time intervention of midwives in HIV pregnant women in pregnant women schools can help pregnant women to improve their ability to manage diseases and eliminate or alleviate psychological disorders such as anxiety, pessimism, fear and hopelessness, relieve physical and psychological pain, improve treatment effect and prolong life And improve the quality of life.
