在WJ-10B型万能材料试验机上测出了不同应变速率下热作模具钢4Cr5MoV1Si的高温性能,利用计算机拟合出应变速率与高温性能的定量关系式。并探讨了应变速率对高温性能的影响机理。
The high temperature performance of hot work die steel 4Cr5MoV1Si at different strain rates was measured on WJ-10B universal material testing machine. The quantitative relationship between strain rate and high temperature performance was fitted by computer. The influence mechanism of strain rate on high temperature performance was also discussed.
