随着医学的发展和人们自我保护意识的日益增强,医患之间的矛盾也在新形势下发生了一些改变。如今的医疗纠纷、医患矛盾已经不仅仅局限于在临床科室发生,也常常会在延伸到医技科室,医疗纠纷也被赋予了新的定义。为缓和医患矛盾,减少医疗纠纷的发生,国家颁布了一系列法律法规规范医疗行为的同时也进一步改善了医患之间的关系。但是,由于放射科医疗服务的特殊性,患者对放射科的投诉和纠纷仍然较多。文章将就目前我国放射科的医疗服务现状以及投诉原因进行分析,并提出相应的预防、改进的对策与建议。
With the development of medicine and people’s growing awareness of self-protection, the contradiction between doctors and patients has undergone some changes in the new situation. Today’s medical disputes and the contradiction between doctors and patients have not only been confined to clinical departments but also to medical departments. Medical disputes have also been given a new definition. In order to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, the State has promulgated a series of laws and regulations to regulate medical behaviors and further improve the relationship between doctors and patients. However, due to the particularity of radiology services, patients still have more complaints and disputes about radiology. The article will analyze the current status of medical services and the reasons for complaints in our country’s radiology department and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for prevention and improvement.
