目的了解无锡市社区居民营养与健康状况,为无锡市疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法于2009年调查无锡市7个县(区),以社区(街道)为单位,采取分层整群随机抽样方法,包括现场询问调查,体格检查,血液生化检验和膳食调查。结果本次调查参与者2 097人,其中男性802人,女性1 295人,平均年龄(55.0±8.5)岁,无锡市>35岁人群营养不良者比例为1.6%,超重率为39.8%,肥胖率为14.8%,血脂异常患病率高达44.6%,空腹血糖受损者比例占7.7%,高血压患病率为46.2%,除营养不良外,其它患病情况呈不同程度的年龄和地区差异。居民膳食营养状况不尽理想,除谷物和畜禽肉类外,农村与城市社区居民食物摄入均呈明显差异;居民能量的食物来源中,脂肪供能已超过30%。结论无锡市35岁居民营养和健康状况不容乐观,慢性疾病预防控制工作需要进一步加强。
Objective To understand the nutrition and health status of community residents in Wuxi and provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control in Wuxi. Methods In 2009, 7 counties (districts) of Wuxi were surveyed, stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted in communities (streets), including on-site inquiry survey, physical examination, blood biochemical test and dietary survey. Results There were 2 097 participants in the survey, including 802 males and 1 295 females, with an average age of (55.0 ± 8.5) years. The prevalence of undernourishment among 35-year-olds in Wuxi was 1.6%, the rate of overweight was 39.8% The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia was 44.6%, the rate of impaired fasting glucose was 7.7%, and the prevalence of hypertension was 46.2%. Except for malnutrition, the prevalence of other diseases varied with age and regional differences . In addition to cereals, livestock and poultry, the food intake of residents in urban and rural areas showed significant differences. Among the food sources for residents’ energy, the fat supply has exceeded 30%. Conclusion The nutrition and health status of 35-year-old residents in Wuxi City is not optimistic, and the prevention and control of chronic diseases need to be further strengthened.
