中国机械工程学会热处理专业学会热处理节能技术委员会,于1988年10月24～27日在河南省洛阳市召开了第二次全国热处理节能技术交流会。出常会议代表133人,收到论文66篇。本次技术交流会内容基本上反映了目前我国热处理行业节能技术的发展水平。为了更广泛地宣传、交流和推广这些节能技术和经验,并推动我国热处理行业节能工作的开展,除在会前组织出版了《第二次全国热处理节能技术交流会论文集》外,热处理节能技术委员会一些专家还从会议论文中推荐出部分论文,建议在《金属热处理》杂志上发表。由于受杂志篇幅限制,现选登其中有关管理、工艺、设备三方面内容的八篇文章发表如下。

Out of the 133 delegates to the regular session, 66 papers were received. The contents of this technical exchange basically reflect the current level of development of energy-saving technologies in China’s heat treatment industry. In order to more widely publicize, exchange and promote these energy-saving technologies and experiences and promote the energy-saving work in the heat treatment industry in our country, in addition to publishing the Proceedings of the Second National Symposium on Energy Conservation Technology Exchanges before the Conference, the energy-saving technologies for heat treatment Some experts of the committee also recommended some papers from the conference papers, which are suggested to be published in “Metal Heat Treatment” magazine. Due to the limitation of the length of the magazine, eight articles of the selected management, technology and equipment are hereby issued as follows.
